Durante su vuelta a Mexico, seis estudiantes deciden pasar la noche en una casa, en la que tiempo atras ocurrió una gran tragedia. Entonces empiezan a ocurrir extraños acontecimientos alrededor de ellos, y a oir un extraño llanto de mujer. Pronto conocerán la verdadera historia de "La Llorona".
